How can a Project Manager benefit me?
A building project, no matter the size, needs careful consideration and planning. It is a significant financial investment and therefor important to maintain control of the costs to ensure the spending limit is not exceeded. There are so many elements to coordinate while ensuring the project is signed off and certified.
A Project Manager will bring experience and knowledge of every stage and requirement of the build. They can ensure the programme does not overrun and you can benefit from trade discounts on materials.
Brougham Construction Management do not profit from mark ups on materials and labour. For simplicity, we propose a price for the management service based on the size and timescale of the project. This allows for full transparency of costs and progress.
